Hi, help. I’ve been clean for about 2 weeks and I’ve been feeling stressed lately. I have a very strong urge to (TW) cut my thighs but i don’t want to ruin it, being clean is the only thing i’m proud of and seeing the cuts fading lowkey makes me happy.
So what I need is an alternative to s*lf harm, y’know? someone to do instead of hurt myself and be just as stress relieving. do y’all know any alternatives?
Music helps me a lot, and I dont know how like- "artsy" you are but when I get that way I feel soooo much better after grabbing a canvas or piece of paper and doing basically "finger painting" just the feel of the paint on my skin and hands and then being able to just splatter paint helps me work through it reply
