Hi, help. I’ve been clean for about 2 weeks and I’ve been feeling stressed lately. I have a very strong urge to (TW) cut my thighs but i don’t want to ruin it, being clean is the only thing i’m proud of and seeing the cuts fading lowkey makes me happy.
So what I need is an alternative to s*lf harm, y’know? someone to do instead of hurt myself and be just as stress relieving. do y’all know any alternatives?
Hi, usually what I try to do when trying not to s*lf h*rm is doing something that calms me or makes me happy in some way! Like drawing, but sometimes it doesn't usually work. Or put bandaids over the places you want to cut. If you do that it will at least stop you from trying to cut that area for a little while. Hope this helps for you reply
