Hi, help. I’ve been clean for about 2 weeks and I’ve been feeling stressed lately. I have a very strong urge to (TW) cut my thighs but i don’t want to ruin it, being clean is the only thing i’m proud of and seeing the cuts fading lowkey makes me happy.
So what I need is an alternative to s*lf harm, y’know? someone to do instead of hurt myself and be just as stress relieving. do y’all know any alternatives?
pt 1, i think the best alternative for recovery is using ice as a safe relapse. i dont wish for anyone to use this method but if youre feeling any type of need, just use ice on the area you need to. also, when you're in the right headspace, highly recommend throwing away anything that is used for slf hrm.
