Hi, help. I’ve been clean for about 2 weeks and I’ve been feeling stressed lately. I have a very strong urge to (TW) cut my thighs but i don’t want to ruin it, being clean is the only thing i’m proud of and seeing the cuts fading lowkey makes me happy.
So what I need is an alternative to s*lf harm, y’know? someone to do instead of hurt myself and be just as stress relieving. do y’all know any alternatives?
It's different for people some do things that make them happy such as eating sweets or playing a game and other inflict pain that causes less damage like when it gets bad for me I'll make my fingers pop, squeeze my wrist on the vain, or pinch parts of my skin but please keep being proud of yourself! :D I'm proud of you too just don't resort to maki...... reply
