I really like both but probably would say that Junjou Romantica (especially the first plot arcs with Misaki and Usami / Hiroki and Nowaki) will always take first place in my heart. And the humor of Junjou Romantic is simply fantastic and is never really matched in Sekaiichi Hatsukoi.
