When a show does really well to display grief around a recently deceased character. Criminal minds just killed a character and I cried through the whole thing. There was an online discussion on home schooling with a strict religious family. I said it was fine but they needed to teach them things like evolution. I mean, it’s fine if you don’t believe in that but it’s a basic and important scientific idea that is included on college admission tests and a common reference in everyday conversation. The reason I stopped reading fanfiction is the excessive swearing. I have nothing against a swear word here and there but many authors think using the f-word every 3 words is a good idea. I mean, if you remove that word, there may be story but it’s short and concise and more like a summary. reply
Metals, at least with my skin. I was told to go get tested, see which metal was the problem but my siblings and I have had it since birth and my parents didn’t see it as a problem. I agree with the person about mentality. Age is just a number really. It’s about what they’ve experienced, how much they’ve matured, how they approach conflict and problems - an important aspect in life and relationships.
More than that, the question is would you regret it if you let them go? I mean, maybe the age gap will be a problem but ...... reply
