Take a few days to think about it. Do you picture yourself going out with him and kissing him ? Do you feel ready to have a boyfriend ? Would you go out with him just for the sake of "keeping" your best friend even though you still don't "love" him (which can end up hurting him a lot if you never develop feelings for him)...... reply
If you don't like him, don't date him, it's as simple as that. If you can't even imagine you together with him just say no. Because if you do say yes and you don't actually like him, he will be hurt more than if you were to say no because you gave him false hope that you actually liked him. reply
Whichever you think is right thing to do then do it but I suggest don't date him just because you're his best friend or you pity him( meant as pitying in a way that since you're his best friend so you date him or something) and also if you're his best friend, he would understand or could try to understand that if you tell him that you don't know wh...... reply
