I really love babies and children so it doesn't bother me too much. If I ponder it too much and think about the actual labor, it becomes kinda disturbing. I also don't like how people seem to fetishize it in a way. Like every time a couple in a bl manga get together, people are begging for them to have a baby and obsess over it. Don't get me started with the "mom and dad". I remember seeing a fanart on Twitter with 2 dads and their child, one of the dad was called "dad" and the other was called "papa" and there was a comment in which someone couldn't understand why one was called "papa" and not "mom". They were like "I don't understand?? Papa as in mama???" I MEAN C'MON!!!......   reply

male pregnancy sounds nice. since I've always been interested about this thing before omegaverse could catch my eye since mpreg is most likely to happen irl. I like it, as a queer person, the fantasy of being able to have biological children is pretty nice to me. It doesn't mean people are trying to "fix" anything, it's just a fantasy that I know isn't possible in real life.
