Homophobic parents?

How do I test if my parents are Homophobic?
My parents don’t even know that I know what LBGTQ means. We never even had a single conversation about it so it would be kind of weird if I brought up about someone being les. She’d probably ask how I know what being LBGTQ is. They’re also Christian. I need some help here ╥﹏╥
