alright, honestly I really don’t care as someone who identifies as pan guy if anyone other than gay men read bl. It’s a type of manga genre and I personally read gl and straight love mangas too. So would that consider me a fetishizer for reading a genre that isn’t really directed towards me? I agree but I understand where the girls of the BL fandom are coming from. If you look into all the mlm’s posts from the question section, most of them just angrily say “don’t read BL if you are girl” possibly with a bunch of insults.
