pucci is italian. 100% italian. not black. he's tan. color schemes in jojo's are not canon, as they are not decided by araki. remember, weather report, pucci's twin brother, was only targeted by the KKK because he was going to marry a black woman. they mention how weather report's bloodline "will be ruined". if pucci was indeed black, then this would make no sense, and to say otherwise is disrespecting araki's writing abilities.
