I was scrolling through Pinterest and came across this quote and it ended up being the most relatable thing I`ve read in a long while. I do not have an answer on how to solve it since I`m going through it myself but I just want to say you`re not alone.

Ya I do.I feel like" I know I can do better but what am I doing even after knowing it?" I distract from that thoughts for a while n start thinking again..I have the fire to do better but it dies very easily.. n the fact I could write this here surprise me now..I mean I thought I was the weird one turns out people do usually think abt these things.. reply
