i used to have this and it ruined my life :/ the only thing that helped was taking adhd medication and now im living my life without being consumed by my dreams.
daydreaming is smth everyone does and having detailed daydreams is a good thing but if you stop socializing, cant focus on your studies because of daydreaming and genuinely suffer becau...... reply
