I’ve experienced sleep paralysis way too many times, it fucking sucks, apparently it happens due to stress for me which is ironic.
I used to be get terrorized by a demon that looks something like this
I used the method of giving them a name and a backstory, so they would seem less scary.

1) this mofo doesnt have balloons exactly but it always asks me what kind of "present" i want. so lets say those balloons are the present i requested
