Why is yuri 'better' than yaoi again? The forum is full of it right now and im seeing people posting pictures of young school girls making out and woohoo everyone is enjoying it. All hail yuri.
But the thing is,the moment its an image of young school boys,its considered 'Cp' 'Bad' ?
Not only yuri,same as hetero,many post gifs or sexual pictures of underage characters.
But the moment its yaoi,it gets slandered every time? No i am not defending yaoi,i dont read yuri either. Just a hypocritical observation that i noticed.

I personally prefer YURI over YAOI, though I don't condemn YAOI as a genre. I don't think there is one that's better. It all comes down to preferences. I just happen to feel more butterflies when the story encircles around two girls. I think the reason YAOI gets more "slandered" than YURI is because it is a lot more popular. Come on guys.... yes Yuri has its problems. Yes it’s problematic that half the genre seems to be school girls, yes the genre still suffers from teacher-student relationships and incest plots. Yes, there’s still rape elements. Just like BL.
