why do people continue to support characters that rape their love interest in bls?
Honestly it’s so sad how normalized rape and abuse is in bls, it’s also so disappointing seeing people defend the shit character simply bc he’s “attractive” there’s so many bls with rape in it because people refuse to stop reading the ones with rape in it. smh like consent is segsy.
I friggin HATE it when a character rapes someone and the manga just glosses over it like: "hey that's totally fine :D"
It's actually quite hard to find mangas with consent and ESPECIALLY the ones where the character deeply apologizes and has a good reason (has to be a very good reason since you don't rape someone just because) to have done that... 2 reply
