People will call anyone with a snobby attitude or "trashy opinions" a karen. It's just how it is these days, terms like that get overused to the point where it's not funny anymore, and it really wasn't funny to begin with. At this point, I wouldn't take offense to it if someone called me a karen, because they're just being petty and using an insult...... reply
