Manga authors would be Takarai Rihito, Ogeretsu Tanaka, Harada.... yeah, the usual ones. As for novel authors, lately, I've been into Garth Greenwell, Kazuo Ishiguro and Alice Oseman...... My favorite book, though, is written by John Boyne (If you haven't read it yet, "The Hearts Invisible Furies" is definitely worth a try!!!) (づ￣ ³￣)づ   reply

I do not have a favorite author when it comes to manga, I like for example: Shungiku Nakamura, Feng Nong, Kou Yoneda, Machiya Hatoko, Kanda Neko, Sakyou Aya, Takenaka Sei, Yoneda Kou and there are even more of them :) and when it comes to writers, it is Stanisław Herman Lem :)   reply

My favorite mangaka rarely finds herself among the typical favorites. I'm a huge fan of Fujisaki Kou. For most, her art style leaves a lot to be desired and even I find some of her drawings hilarious - the reverse penis is my favorite. However, her stories move me and comfort me. I don't know if it is because her works were some of my first yaoi or......   2 reply
