Manga authors would be Takarai Rihito, Ogeretsu Tanaka, Harada.... yeah, the usual ones.
As for novel authors, lately, I've been into Garth Greenwell, Kazuo Ishiguro and Alice Oseman...... My favorite book, though, is written by John Boyne (If you haven't read it yet, "The Hearts Invisible Furies" is definitely worth a try!!!)
