This isn't a manga but the webtoon "Winter Woods" I read it all in eight hours it's pretty sad. It had a good ending tho. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Another webtoon called "My Boo" is about a woman who falls in love with a ghost, but ghost only stay on Earth for a certain amount of time.
