What happened to the other ones? Vietnam? Thailand? Malaysia? Indonesia? India? Philippines? Singapore? Pakistan? Iran? Saudi Arabia? Israel? Cambodia? Laos? Afghanistan? Sri Lanka? Mongolia? Iraq?
