What happened to the other ones? Vietnam? Thailand? Malaysia? Indonesia? India? Philippines? Singapore? Pakistan? Iran? Saudi Arabia? Israel? Cambodia? Laos? Afghanistan? Sri Lanka? Mongolia? Iraq? Sorry I couldn't include them all these are the ones I could think of on the top of my head.
I mean, to be fair it's not like lumping all these incredibly different places under one word in a clearly cultural conversation even though their only real similarity is that they're geographically situated on one continent like you're trying to do is any better.
