I don't know if this is an unpopular opinion or not but here gose.
When someone is talking about their trauma, mental state or anything like that, YOU don't have to say that YOU have it worse. If someone talks about their anxiety and mental breakdowns, YOU don't need to come in and say you have it worse. 3 reply
