do you think mental and verbal abuse is as bad as physical abuse?
I personally think they're all just as bad. I'd like to hear everyone elses opinion on this since I see people comparing them irl and online. Please don't come after me for having my own opinion because I'm just asking for a simple explanation.
Mental abuse can last a lifetime imo it's those type of invisible scars that stay and are hard to talk about or mentally move past it or get help for them but all abuse is awful I just think mental abuse is worse tho physical abuse can lead to mental health issues reply
