I'm 21, started reading at about 20 or so? I'm a cis-male, white, student from South Africa studying Fine Arts. I guess reading it, for me, was a kind of escapism/smut/expression of gayness/queerness that I don't get a lot of channels for? Also, a different kind of art form.
