His build is tiny asf and his features... make him look like a prepubescent child. Which people argue back with saying "there are petite people like that irl too"
But hes almost always wearing hoodies bigger than his size. And whenever theres a scene with any other character the perspective is purposefully such that he looks smaller. Him being "malnourished" is an excuse. He doesn't at all look sick. Theres no way the author doesn't know what they're doing.
