I just bury it underground. And when it resurrects, I just write stuff about ways of torturing/killing people. Just a way to prevent myself from doing the real thing. If I do have a slight bit of rationality, I try to ignore my close friends/family so they won’t get offended in the future, since I know I’ll regret it- reply
