I turn it into self hatred and cry it out. Idk how but my mind ALWAYS finds a way to blame me. So i stay in bed and cry for a few hours. I did it once in school tho and it sucked. I went MIA during my 2nd to last class and my class was ready to call the police for me. Sweet, but never again. reply
