Thoughts on selling your body? (No attacking please-)

So, I was on this manga about prostitution (yaoi manga btw, if you wanna read I'll link it below) and came about this comment saying something along the lines of "If they enjoy this job shouldn't you leave them be? They clearly don't want to stop it so don't make them stop because you want them to.". I agreed but then I started thinking about real life situations. Imagine you were something like a sex-worker and you get a client. I mean, this IS normal for a sex-worker but it could be dangerous. The client could be a kidnapper, mugger, murderer, terrorist, etc. But, then again they are getting paid EXTREMELY well, and not all clients are like that.
