Weight loss
So like I am in serious need of help. I am 156cm and I weight 96kg. I have something called hypothyroidism which makes me gain weight so it is hard to lose weight and even when I do, it's hard to maintain. So I would honestly appreciate if you guys dropped just anything that helped you in your weight loss journey or just any tips
I was like overweight as a child I always had weight problems, but when i was like 11-12 years old o began dieting
"Dieting" my ass I didnt eat, I'm pretty sure I woulsve developed an ED if my family didnt notice
But my healthier tips are to eat half your meals
So in the morning you eat half of what you usually eat and in the evening you eat the ot...... 3 reply
