I want to know your thoughts on the saying, "sticks and stones can break my bones, but words can never hurt me." Because I think that's a bunch of bullshit, I could care less if someone broke my arms. I think words can hurt way more than broken bones can. Like sure maybe not physically at first, but most definitely mentally. I want your opinions on this saying (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
depends. words can seem pretty harmless at sometimes, but it depends how they’re used and who is saying them. if you’re insecure about something, and someone you’re really close to goes ahead and talks about that negatively, damn right, that’s gonna hurt like a bitch.
