so if you have any type of like oils or candles or shit, if you have the smell "tea tree" light that or if you have oil, put it on your wrists and rub them together. Then do this: cross your hands over and flip them palms up. link your thumbs. breathe in for 10 seconds, breathe out for 10 second...... reply
