Cockroach is gonna make me lose my fucking mind

Help please.. there's a cockroach in my room and it's almost 3 am... I told my brother, who I share the room with, to fucking kill it but he stood like an idiot while it was right in front of him. Now it's somewhere hidden because the dumbass can't even hit with a shoe. My mom and other brother aren't any help either. She just said to stop being dramatic and go back to sleep. My brother just told me good luck. I'm also to no help since Im scared of animals. Now I can't sleep since I'm too paranoid... Please help omg please...
