Anyone here in their 30's, ordinary proffesional working people but still reads manga?

I'm heading to 30s in a few years, working as a researcher in a university. It still feels weird reading manga at work as many of my co-workers think manga/anime is for kids. Even my students questioned me about this hobby of mine. Cant help though (〜￣△￣)〜 Manga's been my life since childhood   reply

I'll be 41 in september. I still read mangas, I watch anime. When I can I also buy mangas and anime. I recently got tokyo maginitude 8.0. hakuoki movies(already have the 3 seasons and ovas), Corpse party, etc, etc I have a love for the horror and gore genres :D. but the mangas I get are yaoi. I'm 39 and do Accounts Payable for a city. I read yaoi and shounen ai during lunch or any time I need a break at work then dive back in at home. I also love anime. I really thought I was the only one over 20 on this site :)   2 reply

Heck yeah. I'm 32, working a full time job, and I don't think I'll ever completely stop reading manga. My tastes have changed since I started reading at 18, but overall I like the medium and the stories it can tell, just like I still enjoy comic books. I think tastes can change, time can become less for enjoying what you like, but deep down if it'......   reply

Gonna be 30 next year (so not looking forward to it). Full time nurse. I mostly read yaoi, its one of the few things that helps me de-stress. Also a big anime and game nerd.   reply
