Stress Relief
Can I just say that sometimes when I feel extremely stressed out I just need to sit and re-watch the first episode of Junjou Romantica? It just really helps soothe my soul, and I like re-experiencing the feels. Does anyone else do something like this when they're stressed? I'm just curious. What magical remedy soothes your soul?
I actually just binge read manga. All types of manga. But lately when I'm depressed and anxious, to escape, I usually binge read yaoi and some happy josei. But mostly yaoi. It serves as the perfect distraction and keeps my mind worry/stress free. I don't watch anime in these situations because I don't have the patience for everything to unfold. For...... reply
I kind of get it. I liked Junjou Romantica but it's not a favorite of mine. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ I still have a few mangas that are my favorites and I probably have some of the pages memorized because I've read them so much. I have great memory , when i get negative emotion , i can channel good emotions by remembering the good moments that i had that made me feel happy or felt joy in , sometimes i look at some pictures and remember the fun i had and such , while listening to some relaxing music or songs ,then closing my eyes remembering good moments .. more escaping in...... reply
I get what u mean. Whenever i have work overload and seems to be super stressed at something. Yaoi and these mangas saves me from reality. But then i have to soon face it and face the consequences

When I'm stressed I always read a lot of manga than I usually do, when I'm happy I read like 10 manga in a day, if I'm sad I read like 15 in a day, when I'm just normal I read like an average of 9-10 manga but if I'm stress I double the reading stay in bed all day long reading what helps me to clear my mind most are yaoi, action and comedy reply
