Stress Relief
Can I just say that sometimes when I feel extremely stressed out I just need to sit and re-watch the first episode of Junjou Romantica? It just really helps soothe my soul, and I like re-experiencing the feels. Does anyone else do something like this when they're stressed? I'm just curious. What magical remedy soothes your soul?
I have great memory , when i get negative emotion , i can channel good emotions by remembering the good moments that i had that made me feel happy or felt joy in , sometimes i look at some pictures and remember the fun i had and such , while listening to some relaxing music or songs ,then closing my eyes remembering good moments .. more escaping in...... reply
