Derealization
So like i at one point asked a question something about dreaming while living (stupid title ik) and uh so I got a diagnosis recently and it turns out i have derealization/depersonalization. idk I've never heard of it, and i have way too many questions and I'm not sure if I'm crazy or not so like... idk if anyone can relate can someone explain it?????
Derealization/depersonalisation is considered a mental illness, a rare one that can be quite hard to treat. I can tell you what I have learnt from personal experience and some research.
