Anyone w/ a tattoo have an opinion?

So I've been seriously thinking about getting a tattoo for almost 2 years now? There is one or two I would like to get but I guess the first one I would want to get is something related to horoscopes.

Sooo I was wondering what everyone's opinion was? I'm a libra so:

Should I get the constellation, symbol, or scales to represent it?
Thennn I haven't been able to decide on where to have it, so any ideas?

I was thinking wrist or back of shoulder but I think it depends on what form I want (Talking about the constellation and stuff again).

Please do give suggestions ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~ Some of you might say it's my choice but I'm having a hard time deciding so that's the point of me asking! ^^
