Depression
Who is feeling, say... Not good, negative or even depressed? And are you reading Manga to escape that feeling, or to find your answer? No? What helps you best to recover? Yes? Which ones helped/do you expect to help (genres, storyline or even specific manga/Anime)?
More often than I'd like, especially in the last couple of years, I've felt apathetic and indifferent towards many things happening in my real life. Sometimes, that apathy delves into depression. But reading has become my Go-To when I need something to validate that I'm normal and can still feel empathy.
