Depression
Who is feeling, say... Not good, negative or even depressed? And are you reading Manga to escape that feeling, or to find your answer? No? What helps you best to recover? Yes? Which ones helped/do you expect to help (genres, storyline or even specific manga/Anime)?
I have PTSD, which overlaps quite a bit with depression and anxiety. When I was younger, I had a dream of creating comics myself, but my mental and physical health issues have worsened to the point where it's difficult for me to concentrate on anything or sit in one position without intrusive memories or physical pain kicking in, so I read manga as...... reply
