Have you ever had these types of moments

One time i hadn't eaten dinner and the next day i didn't eat breakfast so i had only lunch to eat
The more i stayed not eating anything the less hungry i would get-
Idk how to explain it but i have a feeling that if i stayed not eating ANYTHING for the whole day and just drink water and continue doing that i would get a body disorder
