i think forcing yourself isn't gonna do anything good, you just can't unhate someone instantly.
maybe try thinking if they're worthy of being forgiven or if that doesn't work maybe you're destined to hate that person in your life, just move on and find someone genuine who you can look up to and won't hurt you like that person before. reply
Okay, so this someone you looked up to did something wrong that you hate them for it and now you're wanting to like them again? That's...complicated. Why did you hate them in the first place? I dunno. You gave them a chance and you believed in them, but they took advantage of it. Not only that, they try to apologize with words. Your puny words cant cover up your horrific and traumatizing actions, so get on your knees and bark like a dog. Maybe then I'll forgive you. reply
