It IS the most problematic manga site, I have never seen people get so angry over the dumbest shit except on Twitter and TikTok. Go on a site like mngaowl and all you'll see is ridiculous tags. Go on mRm and no one tries to tell you which genders and sexualities can read the porn on that site. You get to read manga for FREE, not attack people.
