I wanted strangers opinion on my question
Am I homophobic if I don't support the LGBT community. But I'm okay with you coming out as gay or any other sexualities. Like "I'm okay with that. You can hangout with me even if you're Gay. I don't care." And I wanna be neutral but at the same time I have a nagging feeling I'm homophobic with gay couples. Is it homophobic of me to think that? Or I just don't fully support something.
There's a difference between ''support'' and ''respect''. In your case, you respect the LGBTQIA+ community without supporting it. I, personally, don't see a problem with that. As long as you aren't disrespecting anybody for being a part of the community, I couldn't give a dang darn diddly shit. 2 reply
