How did you get over your İnternet habits and how did you become more responsible like studying. When ı was a little girl i used İnternet to forget my traumas and family issues. I am mentally Okay now. But I have a addiction from those days. I am an İnternet addict. Can you Help me and give advices? I have been like this years and I am 17 now. I have to get over it. I want this. But how? It is hard for me. Addiction is a bad thing.... ╥﹏╥
