Recently I can't focus on my school works because I get distracted easily, any tips on how to not get distracted while planning on doing this bullshit that the department of the school gave us? <3
Listening to music is helpful but I suggest you listen to music you don't know so you won't sing along or dance with it. Also take a break from reading manga, watching stuff (like anime, netflix, yt, kdrama), turn off your social media notifications and tell yourself "I HAVE TO FINISH THIS."
