Minorites can be racist to other races,so just because you are black (i'm black) doesn't mean you can't racist,hell I even seen black people hate other black people for their skin color because they are either to light and talk like an "oreo" or they are to dark and are "monkeys". The definition is prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized. It says typically so it just means it just happens more in that case so anyone anywhere can be racist.
Black hammer is literally a black n*zi group, they literally burned Anne Frank’s diary because she is “white” and that makes her colonizer, the only people who genuinely believe black people cant be racist or yts ashamed about being white and libertarians
