Imagine myself and you going into a dense forest far away from civilization. Then suddenly we see that big mansion in the middle of the forest. Then I said "this house exists suddenly." You will definitely say "no way don't make me laugh."
Of course there's no way a big mansion in the mid of forest suddenly exists out of no where.
