Reality checks in dreams
Ever tried to do a reality check in your dream while you were still somewhat conscious? Cause i did it like 2 times The first time i did it i counted how many fingers i had and i counted 6 somehow The second time i did it i counted 7 fingers, and then i just did some reality checks i know Having lucid dreams are hard ;~;
Honestly I just have this instinct that tells me I'm in a dream from the back of my mind, but if I actively think about the situation being a dream then I wake up... so I try to be careful of how much I control my conscious thoughts.
Lucid dreaming is great, as long as you don't turn them into nightmares or wake yourself up lmao reply
