How do you guys date?
There's this boy I have a crush on, but like, if I were to confess and if by chance he liked me too I don't really know what i'd do after. It's kinda funny since, duh, i literally read yaoi/shounen ai/romance 24/7 but can't seem to really view myself in such situations. I do imagine what i would want to do or say, but then when it comes to *actually* consider it a real possibility I kinda go "eurk it would be so awkward" hehe ;u; Please help ,_,
There are no set rules for dating. Everyone does it in their own way. You shouldn't worry about what a 'perfect' date is, or reenact some romance novels. You should just enjoy the time you can share with your lover, getting to know each other better, doing stuff you're both comfortable with, having fun in your own ways. I feel like when you first start out dating it's meant to be kind of awkward especially if it's the first person you've ever dated and I hope if they actually say yes and they like you too they'll understand that awkwardness but if you guys actually get along it'll eventually flow smoothly and that awkwardness won't be there anymore :) then there a...... 1 reply
........ welllllll if you are in middle school right now or a freshman in high school I don't think i can give the best advice because a lot of relationships doesn't last that long its rare if it did but during those times girls usually fall in love to deeply and if you guys break up eventually it will hurt them a lot since they are still young but...... 2 reply
All I can really tell you is to not expect the best or worst. Don't base off real relationships off of the romance manga you read. Confess to your crush (before it is too late), let things go by naturally, and good luck. 1 reply
when i started dating someone (in high school), we just hung out together. went to movies, took walks, chilled at each other's houses, and kind of just acted like really close friends who kissed sometimes. then after a long while, when we were both comfortable with it, we did a bit more.
